Anthocyanins are less abundant in bananaasparaguspeafennelpear, and potato, and may be totally absent in certaincultivars of green gooseberries.[8] Red-fleshed peaches are rich in anthocyanins.

AND CANNABIS.

By adding Jasmonic acid to the growing plant.

Jasmonic acid (JA) is derived from the fatty acid linolenic acid. It is a member of the jasmonate class of plant hormones. It is biosynthesized from linolenic acid by the octadecanoid pathway.

You can increase the levels of anthocyanin plants produce by spraying them with jasmenoic acid
